The position of Senior Director of Development and Delivery UK & Europe is taken on by David Hyatt.
Having worked in the hyperscale data center sector for more than 15 years, David has led high-achieving teams to deliver hundreds of megawatts of capacity. From site selection to commissioning, he has held top positions at Iron Mountain Data Centers, Yondr, and ISG throughout his career. David will oversee strategy and execution for Site Development, Design, Commercial, and Delivery throughout the UK and Europe. He is well-known for his strategic planning, proficiency in sustainable design, and dedication to safety.
As the Global Senior Director of Commercial Investment & Asset Strategy, Florian Hoyndorf has joined Colt DCS.
Florian has 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and development. He has co-led his own investment and development firm and had key roles at Cromwell Property Group, Logista, Amazon, and ALDI. He most recently served as Head of Development Europe at Cromwell, where he contributed extensive knowledge of team leadership, operational enhancement, and financing large projects. Florian will contribute to the roadmap for corporate development and asset strategy at Colt DCS. Additionally, he shares his expertise across several campuses at ESCP Business School as a visiting professor.
